Start



  • Fighter is introduced and enters stage
  • Both fighters face front for photo-op
  • Both fighters face each other for stand-off photo
  • Both fighters decide TARGET foot (Left or right)
  • Once TARGET foot is confirmed and competition started, it cannot be changed/switched
  • Front foot of each fighter must be in the colored zone
  • Back foot must be separated from front foot in a ‘guard’ position
  • Wear the attire of your martial arts / sports attire
  • The striker has a certain amount of room to move, as long as he is within his coloured zone, to be able to turn his foot.
  • The referee will toss a coin and the fighters will have to choose heads or tails. The one who gets it right will go first.
  • The kicks will alternate between the fighters until one decides not to continue and withdraws OR one side receives 3 warnings.
  • Winner is declared and prize giving commences immediately
  •  


  • Low roundhouse kick using shin/instep
  • Low roundhouse kick to opponent’s outer thigh, above knee


  • When kicking, kicking to the knee or any other body part EXCEPT TARGET outer thigh
  • When kicking, using any other kicks other than low roundhouse kick
  • When kicking, using any leg part such as KNEE or HEEL
  • When kicking, stepping on opponent’s foot after kicking
  • When kicking, making contact with any other part of opponent’s body EXCEPT TARGET outer thigh
  • When receiving, lifting the foot or avoiding the kick
  • When receiving, foot moves out of colored zone 
  • When kicking, supporting leg moving out of colored zone


  • Any prohibited techniques committed seriously as determined by referee shall result in a warning
  • Serious injury to opponent due to prohibited techniques causing inability to continue
  • A total of 3 warnings results in the other side declared as WINNER
